## How to add your BP card

- Open Kardpal and tap the + button at the bottom.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is Kardpal the official BP app?

No. Kardpal is an independent app that keeps your BP card number and shows it at the till. For points balance, offers and rewards, use BP's official channels.

### Can the BP till scan my card from my phone?

Usually yes: Kardpal shows the same code as the card, large and on a white background. If the scanner struggles, turn the brightness up. The number is shown under the code too, so the cashier can type it.

### Do I need internet to use my BP card?

No. Once saved, the card stays on your phone and opens offline.
