## App support

If something doesn't work, tell us which phone and browser you use and what you were doing. The app version number is at the bottom of Settings: add it, it helps us a lot.

## A shop is missing or in the wrong place

Shop locations come from OpenStreetMap and AllThePlaces. You can fix them directly on openstreetmap.org, and the change reaches Kardpal with a later monthly update. Or write to us with the chain name and the address.

## Privacy and account

You can download your data or delete your account yourself, in the app's Settings. For other privacy requests, write to the address above. Data controller: Kovacic Alexander Ditta Individuale.

## Shop points and rewards

Kardpal shows your card's code but can't see points balances, rewards or offers. For those, contact the shop's customer service.
